Les temp\u00e9ratures remontent, les journ\u00e9es s\u2019allongent, les terrasses se remplissent\u2026 et, en parall\u00e8le, les mouchoirs r\u00e9apparaissent. Avant m\u00eame l\u2019arriv\u00e9e officielle du printemps, une autre saison s\u2019installe discr\u00e8tement mais s\u00fbrement : celle des allergies. Nez qui coule, \u00e9ternuements en cha\u00eene, yeux rouges et larmoyants\u2026 autant de sympt\u00f4mes bien connus des personnes sensibles aux pollens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Atmo France, la majorit\u00e9 des d\u00e9partements fran\u00e7ais sont actuellement class\u00e9s en \u00ab risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00bb concernant les pollens. Un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui ne cesse de s\u2019amplifier. D\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019Inserm, pr\u00e8s de 20 % des enfants d\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e2ge de 9 ans et environ 30 % des adultes sont aujourd\u2019hui concern\u00e9s par ces allergies, un chiffre en constante augmentation ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 cette situation, beaucoup se tournent imm\u00e9diatement vers les antihistaminiques. Pourtant, comme le rappelle Jimmy Mohamed dans sa chronique \u00ab \u00c7a va beaucoup mieux \u00bb diffus\u00e9e sur RTL, ces traitements ne suffisent pas toujours \u00e0 soulager durablement. Il insiste sur l\u2019importance d\u2019adopter d\u00e8s maintenant certains r\u00e9flexes simples pour limiter l\u2019exposition au pollen et r\u00e9duire les sympt\u00f4mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A\u00e9rer au bon moment et adopter les bons r\u00e9flexes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pollen est partout. Il suffit de quelques minutes \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur pour qu\u2019il se d\u00e9pose sur les v\u00eatements, les cheveux, la peau ou encore les cils. Une fois \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, il continue d\u2019irriter l\u2019organisme sans que l\u2019on s\u2019en rende compte.<a href=\"https:\/\/celebfrance.org\/un-medecin-explique-pourquoi-il-ne-faut-jamais-embrasser-un-mort\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour limiter cette exposition, le m\u00e9decin recommande deux r\u00e8gles essentielles : \u00e9viter de rouler avec les fen\u00eatres ouvertes lors des pics polliniques, et privil\u00e9gier l\u2019a\u00e9ration du logement t\u00f4t le matin, moment o\u00f9 l\u2019air est le moins charg\u00e9 en pollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre habitude \u00e0 changer : la douche. Contrairement \u00e0 ce que beaucoup pensent, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de se laver le soir. Cela permet d\u2019\u00e9liminer les pollens accumul\u00e9s tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Sans cela, ils se d\u00e9posent sur l\u2019oreiller et peuvent provoquer des irritations pendant la nuit, perturbant le sommeil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se laver les cheveux plus fr\u00e9quemment est \u00e9galement conseill\u00e9 en p\u00e9riode \u00e0 risque, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter une exposition prolong\u00e9e et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le confort nocturne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nettoyer le nez et les yeux : un geste essentiel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez les personnes allergiques, certaines zones du corps sont particuli\u00e8rement sensibles, notamment le nez et les yeux. Il est donc crucial de les nettoyer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour \u00e9liminer les allerg\u00e8nes avant qu\u2019ils ne provoquent une r\u00e9action inflammatoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si les antihistaminiques restent le traitement de base pour calmer les sympt\u00f4mes, Jimmy Mohamed insiste sur un geste souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9 mais tr\u00e8s efficace : le lavage du nez au s\u00e9rum physiologique. Ce geste simple permet d\u2019\u00e9vacuer les pollens accumul\u00e9s dans les fosses nasales et de limiter les crises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00eame principe s\u2019applique aux yeux, qui peuvent \u00eatre rinc\u00e9s pour r\u00e9duire les irritations. En cas de sympt\u00f4mes plus marqu\u00e9s, des collyres antiallergiques peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour apaiser rapidement les rougeurs et les d\u00e9mangeaisons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les \u00e9coulements nasaux persistants, les sprays \u00e0 base de cortisone repr\u00e9sentent une solution efficace. Disponibles sans ordonnance pour certains, ils permettent de r\u00e9duire l\u2019inflammation et de stopper les sympt\u00f4mes de mani\u00e8re durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adopter une approche globale pour mieux se prot\u00e9ger<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des traitements et des gestes quotidiens, les sp\u00e9cialistes insistent \u00e9galement sur l\u2019importance d\u2019une bonne hygi\u00e8ne de vie. Dans un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent entretien, la pneumologue et allergologue Madiha Ellaffi rappelait que certaines allergies peuvent s\u2019att\u00e9nuer naturellement lorsque l\u2019organisme retrouve un bon \u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un sommeil de qualit\u00e9, une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le bon fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire. En renfor\u00e7ant ses d\u00e9fenses naturelles, le corps devient parfois moins r\u00e9actif aux allerg\u00e8nes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, plut\u00f4t que de subir cette p\u00e9riode chaque ann\u00e9e, il est possible d\u2019anticiper et d\u2019adopter de nouveaux r\u00e9flexes.
